As a Client Services Associate for our retail and trade clients, you will be responsible for ensuring that each client has an excellent experience when shopping with Lostine.  The right person will have confident verbal and written communication skills, high energy, and a results-driven mindset.  Experience and passion for interior design, retail or the home furnishings market is expected.  

Our Client Services Associates have a pulse on the home industry, an astute eye for luxury, and a good sense of ecommerce operations. Client Services Associates are expected to deliver first-class service to our clients and customers both online and in person.

Essential Duties + Responsibilities

  • Handle retail and trade client inquiries, quote requests and order processing via email, phone and web.
  • Grow our ecommerce business by establishing lasting client relationships.
  • Provide clients with an experience that exceeds expectations of customer service and client care.
  • Sending clients finish samples as needed.
  • Data and order entry.
  • Answer office phones.
  • Host visitors in our showroom space.
  • Provide product expertise to our clients and customers.
  • Monitor the lifespan of an order to ensure it is on time and delivered safely to the client.
  • Reports back to our Sales Director.
  • Assist with inventory control levels and coordinating with our Operations team. 
  • Occasional shipping of a package.

Ongoing Collaborations

  • Participate in team meetings that include:
    • Product launch
    • Policy writing
    • Creative strategy

Requirements

  • Ability to work on multiple projects of various scope at any given time.
  • Experience in interior design, luxury retail, or customer service is required.
  • Experience in and knowledge of Ecommerce is expected.
  • Highly organized.
  • Computer literacy is required.  Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google applications.
  • Coachable in learning new data entry software and task management programs.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work across teams with a collaborative approach.
  • Commitment to quality, detail focused on all levels.
  • A professional and commercial sense of problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Shopify is a plus. 
  • Experience in CRM-related platforms is a plus.
