Beech "Kengu" Chair by Elsa & Nordahl Solheim
Designed by the husband-and-wife team Elsa and Nordahl Solheim and manufactured by Rybo Rykken, the "Kengu" easy chair pairs a beech frame with a loose cushion. Originally upholstered in brown leather, the cushions have since been reupholstered in boucle, lending a softer, more textural feel while preserving the chair's original silohoutte and proportions.
Three chairs available.
CONDITION: Good vintage condition, with light wear consistent with age throughout the frames, including scratches and marks that speak to years of use. Upholstery has been updated to boucle.
