This item is shipped via freight carrier in a wooden crate from Philadelphia, PA. This freight shipment will be delivered as close to the door as possible or in a garage, if available. Clients are asked to disclose any access restrictions, building requirements, or site conditions that may impact service at the time of purchase.
This shipping service does not include inside delivery or the removal of materials. If you require white glove service, please contact us directly for a quote.
If the delivery address is residential, the freight carrier will contact the recipient to schedule a delivery window, once the freight shipment has reached the nearest terminal to the delivery destination. Please allow up to 10-14 days for your order to arrive.
Any reconsignment requests i.e., address change, made directly to the freight carrier after an order has been shipped will be denied. If the client needs to reroute a shipment that is in transit or delay delivery, arrangements must be made directly with Lostine and reconsignment fees will apply.
